You are only charged the flat 8% success fee after you have won the bid, completed the job, and you and the homeowner have confirmed the job is 100% complete and satisfactory. The fee is deducted automatically from the secure Escrow payment upon release.

The Escrow system guarantees your payment. Once the homeowner accepts your bid, the full project amount is immediately funded into a secure third-party Escrow account. This eliminates the risk of non-payment once the project is finished.
